McKinstry Summons 22 Local Based Players on Provisional Squad for South Sudan Ties

Uganda Cranes Head coach Jonathan McKinstry has released a 22-man home based squad that will start preparations for the South Sudan double-header.

Five or six players will be selected from this squad to join the main squad of 20 foreign based which was named last week.

The squad comprises of midfielder Tonny Mawejje, defender Murushid Juuko and right back Denis Iguma who have joined UPL in this window.


McKinstry has confirmed that the team will undergo rigorous assessment between 2nd and 8th November 2020 before the final selection is made.
