Masaza Cup: Kyaggwe Appoints Mbalangu as New Head Coach

Former Uganda Cranes and Sports Club Villa forward Hussein Mbalangu has been appointed as Kyaggwe Ssaza football team head coach.

Mbalangu was confirmed the new man at the helm having beaten competition from Felix Kawooya Ssekabuuza and former Uganda Cranes player Augustine Nsumba.

The appointment comes from the club sieving committee headed by Micdadi Mulimira.

The bearded tactician and a CAF “A” certified coach will be deputised by former KCCA and Proline defender Saka Mpiima.

Sakka Mpiima was the head coach at Mawokota Ssaza last season, despite failing to advance to the semi-finals. They were ejected by defending champions Bulemeezi in the quarter-finals.

Last season, Kyaggwe was pitted in the Muganzirwaza group against Busujju, Kabula, and Butambala.
