Legendary Zimbabwean singer Oliver Mtukudzi is in Kampala ahead of his June 30 concert at imperial Royale hotel.
Aboard Ethiopian Airways, the singer touched down in the morning hours of Thursday, amidst excitement from organizers and fans.
The “Todi” singer will also share stage with Zambian singer pompi, Kenyan Kanjii Mbagua, Naava Grey among others.
Dubbed “the lock down”, the show is organized by Mavuno Church Kampala and will be hosted by comedians Anne Kansiime and Pablo.
The 64 year old Mtukudzi is famous for songs like Todi, Neria, “hear me Oh Lord” among others.
