Roving left back Yayo Lutimba has completed his move to Tanzania Premier League side Mbeya City Football Club.
The former Vipers Sports Club and Sports Club Villa defender joins the Tanzanian entity on a one-year contract, that gives him guaranteed stay in the East African nation for the 2020/2021 season.
Lutimba has been club-less since partying ways with the Uganda Premier League record champions SC Villa and joins Mbeya City as a free agent.
Mbeya City becomes his second Tanzania Premier League club in his professional playing career having previously featured for Coastal Union and joins countrymate Nicholas Wadada who plays for Azam FC.

Mbeya City Council Football Club features in the Tanzanian Premier League and was established in 2011 in Mbeya City which is in the Southern Highlands of southwest Tanzania.
The club is also known by the names of Green City Boys, Purple Tigers and Jacaranda Warriors. Their home jersey is purple and white. The 20,000 capacity Sokoine Stadium is their home.
New signing Lutimba is expected to make his debut when Mbeya City plays host to KMC on matchday 18 of the league on Saturday 2nd January 2021 at Sokoine stadium.
Last season, the club finished in the 15th position on the 20-team log with 45 points from 38 games.
