Abel Bizimana the Kisoro LC5 chairperson also confirmed that he will not attend the meeting in Kabale.

Bizimana revealed that Minister David Bahati informed him last night about President Museveni’s cancellation of campaign program in Kisoro district.
When contacted, the state minister of regional cooperation Dr Philemon Mateke who is also the Kisoro NRM Chairman asked the people of Kisoro to be calm, adding that the president will visit Kisoro the next time.
