Ugandan businessman and philanthropist Caesar Augustine Mulenga is reported to be super excited by the opportunity to meet the Pope up close.
King Mulenga, the Vietnamese Consul to Uganda, was in Italy two weeks back and had the once in a lifetime chance to meet and shake Pope Francis’ hand.
ChimpLyf understands that the two met on the morning of Wednesday 22nd August 2018 at St. Peter’s Basilica, an Italian Renaissance church in Vatican City in the City of Rome.
It is believed that the Pontiff personally prayed for and blessed the Kigezi King before he returned to Uganda.
Mulenga, a renowned businessman, is the Chairman, Board of Trustees for St. Augustine International University and Chairman for Montessori Education Centre in Uganda.
He is also the owner, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Gemtel Telecom Limited.
