Ugandan female rapper Jocelyne Tracey commonly known by her stage name Keko Town is set to graduate from a Film School in Canada.
Earlier on in 2017, The ‘This is how we do it’ songstress shocked fans when she announced her relocation to Canada on Twitter.
At that time, reports were all over the media that she had gone back to school although she never came out to confirm it.
It has now emerged that the rapper indeed enrolled in school. She has been undergoing film studies and earlier this Month; she revealed that she is currently in her final term.
Speaking about the achievement, Keko said that going to a film school was a dream come true due to the fact that she at first, had no idea how she was going to pay for her studies but God has seen her through.
Keko rose to fame in 2011 when she released her ‘This is how we do it’ hit truck that topped the Ugandan musical charts,MTV Africa and Channel O, making her an instant household name in East Africa.
The success of the song led to her endorsement with Pepsi and saw her lead Mountain Dew’s advertising campaign in the whole of East Africa as well.
