The new Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Dorothy Kisaka, her deputy David Luyimbazi and the Director for human resource and administration Grace Akulo will take oath of office today Thursday.
This was announced by Daniel Nuwabeine, the KCCA spokesperson.
“This morning at KCCA headquarters, the new members of the KCCA management including the Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka, her deputy David Luyimbazi and the Director Human Resource and Administration Grace Akulo will take oath of office,” said Nuwabeine.
President Museveni on June 12th 2020 nominated Dorothy Kisaka for the Executive Director, KCCA and other officials to assume the top positions of the institution.
Kisaka has been presidential advisor in Government, at the Office of the Prime Minister tasked with coordinating with political and non-political actors to implement public policy.
She replaces Jennifer Musisi who resigned in October 2018.
Her Deputy Luyimbazi was former head of planning at Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA).
Others include Daniel Okello who has been serving in acting capacity as Director public health services and environment at KCCA.
