High Court Judge Jane Francis Abodo, who is hearing the case in which Wamala Godfrey aka Troy is accused of murdering prominent musician Moses Nakintijje aka Mozey Radio, has summoned the Katwe Police Station DPC to appear before the court in Entebbe.
Prosecutor Joseph Kyomuhendo’s asked to court to have the DPC, SP Frantile Rwamusaayi’s summoned after he allegedly failed to secure his attendance.
According to the summons, Rwamusayi is expected to appear in court this Friday 27th and testify on how he arrested Troy.

In response, Leonard Kasibante the defense attorney asked court to provide him with Rwamusaayi’s statement plus those of other remaining witnesses so that he can properly prepare the defense of his client.
