The former Kenyan Vice President, ask http://deltadiner.com/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/dynamic_thumbnails/package.module.dynamic_thumbnails.php H.E Dr. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka has called upon all East African heads of State to quickly do away with all suspicions that are delaying regional political federation.

Dr. Kalonzo made the call while speaking to ChimpReports at the sidelines of the 2nd graduation ceremony of the Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) held Friday at Silver Springs Hotel in Kampala.

Kalonzo noted that after the enjoinder of South Sudan as a 6th Country to the East African Community, order http://chancellorinsja.com/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-plugin-install-list-table.php the region can now talk of a market of close to 300M people which makes it very competitive.

“Therefore all the countries that seem to be in arrears of their annual assess contribution to the East African budget, I would like to call on them to believe that integration is the way forward,” Kalonzo said.

“Some of us have worked so hard for this integration I recall I was the first chair of the Ministerial committee that was asked to start a mode of East African cooperation,” he observed.

“After presenting our report, we very quickly moved to Arusha and since that time, this community has grown but these regional suspicions must be quickly addressed so that if anybody is feeling uncomfortable his issues should be sorted.”

Kalonzo remarked that having achieved the position of customs union, the region should by now have witnessed federalism.

“This I know is what President Museveni has been espousing; East Africans must be very bold; when to see all barriers to free movement across the region removed.”

He added that, “The East Africans have made a tremendous step to cross over and achieve the very important factor of freedom of movement and establishment.”
