Prime Minister, Dr Ruhakana Rugunda and State Minister of Planning David Bahati yesterday paid tribute to the NRM Vice Chairman of Kabale Central Division Bruce Anguzu who passed away early this week
Anguzu died of stroke on Monday at Kisiizi hospital in Rukungiri.
Catherine Atwakire Ndamira the Kabale woman MP delivered the condolences of both leaders at a funeral mass at Kigongi B in Kabale Town yesterday.
In his message, Dr Rugunda described the deceased as hardworking man that has worked hard to skill the youth on garage street for many years.
He also hailed him for his good mobilisation skills having served diligently as village chairman for Rwakaraba B in Nyabikoni ward as well as LCII council for Nyabikoni ward.
Minister Bahati on the other hand said Anguzu was a great supporter of NRM and mobiliser in and development oriented.
The deceased had been selected among the leaders to spearhead implementation of the Emyooga program in Kabaale especially among the youths working on Garage St.
His burial was attended by various people of different political and religious backgrounds.
He was buried in Rwakaraba B Nyabikoni ward Kabale Municipality.
