Ugandan singer Juliana Kanyomozi celebrated her late son Keron Raphael Kabugo’s birthday yesterday.
Keron passed on in 2014 due to severe pneumonia at Aga Khan hospital in Kenya where he had been referred for treatment.
Since his passing, a foundation was created under his name to honor Keron by reaching out to children in need and giving them essential items to use.
Although Juliana is not in the country, the Keron Kabugo Foundation team visited the Rescue Mission for Street Life organisation in Lungujja. The organization works to take boys off the street and integrate them back into their communities.
The foundation was started in September 2017 and they have continued to do charity with many children all over the country.
Juliana gave birth to a baby boy in May this year and she has not been able to return to the country because of the pandemic and restricted travels.
