Buganda Road grade one magistrate yesterday for the second time adjourned the hearing of the case in which 25 year old YMCA student Brian Isiko is accused of sending love messages to Kabarole District MP Sylivia Rwabwogo.
The case was pushed this time to 23rd November this year.
This was due to the absence of the trial magistrate Stella Amabirisi, who travelled to Washington DC where she is attending a Conference.
Like the previous time, the complainant Hon Rwabwogo was present and ready to testify against her alleged stalker Isiko in the fresh hearing of the matter.
Isiko was recently released on a cash bail of one million shillings after high court judge Jane Frances Abodo quashed his conviction and the 2years term against him, consequently ordering a re-trial.
Isiko is indicted on two counts of computer misuse and cyber harassment of which he pleaded not guilty before he was granted bail
He is accused of disturbing the peace of the legislator when he allegedly sent love her messages on top of dedicating to her lovely songs.
