Singer Cindy Sanyu has revealed that she is not willing to consider Blu *3 reunion at an expense of her solo career that took her a lot of effort and time to build.
Earlier last Week , faded Jackie Chandiru sent fans into frenzy when she announced that a Blu *3 reunion is in the pipeline.
Fans of the defunct group that has been branded Uganda’s best girl group of all time welcomed the news with so much enthusiasm and excitement.
According to Cindy, she wasn’t informed about the reunion, only her to hear about it on TV.
“I don’t know anything about the Blu *3 reunion,I was surprised to hear about it on TV,” said Cindy.
The ‘Ayokyayokya’ hitmaker said that she has not been in touch with Jackie since she went to rehab and is yet to be contacted about the reunion.
Cindy clarified that she will happily take on the project if contacted though she can’t leave her solo career to fully concentrate on the group.
The songstress also revealed that she is okay doing a few music projects, tours, among others with the group.
Blu *3 that comprised of Jackie Chandiru,Lillian Mbabazi and Cinderella Sanyu was established way back in in 2004 . The group back then was doing well as it became the the Country’s most popular girl group but dissolved in 2009 when Cindy announced her shocking departure to embark on a solo career. Lillian and Jackie also later on followed suit.
