I was Born on Valentines Day that’s Why I do Many love Songs-Chris Martin

Jamaican Reggae sensational artist t real Christopher Oteng Martin has revealed the reason as to why he is always singing love songs.

 

The 32-year old singer said he was born on Valentines day that’s why he believes he sings more of love songs and that ladies are attracted to him.

 

While addressing Journalists on Wednesday this week at Mestil Hotel Nsambya, the singer said, “I was born on Valentines day that’s the reason I sing so many love songs.”

When asked to comment on Uganda’s Music industry, he said,” Ugandan artists are united and that’s what matters most in Music.I just feel like they need more focus and determination.”

 

While responding a question on whether he plans on having Musical collaborations with Ugandan artists,the Reggae star said that he would be ready to have musical projects only if opportunity presented its self at the right time.

“I am always ready and I will be delighted to work on projects with  Ugandan artists. I am looking forward to these new talents and if we click,then we sting.

It may not necessarily be here,but we can do a collabo in Jamaica or any where else. They can always send me an email even if I am not here.”

 

He also said that he will be doing some music video about Uganda as all his movements in Uganda are documented right from the time they arrived at Entebbe International Airport.

 

“As you can see,every thing I am doing here in Uganda is being recorded right from the time we touched down at the Airport.Even my performance on Friday will be recorded.

Just know that I am on planning something big on those Video clips. I am not sure,but I will have to go back home and think of the video and probably give it a very good song.”

 

D Major on the other hand said he welcomes the idea of collaboration and looks forward to having it with any willing Ugandan artist.

 

The two arrived in the Country ahead of the Bell All-star Tour that will happening on Friday 23 at Lugogo Cricket Oval featuring Uganda’s Fresh and new talents including Beenie Gunter,Nina Roz, Spice Diana,Sheebah and John Blaq among others.

 

The event is organized by Swangz Avenue and sponsored by Bell lager under its Bell Jamz music platform.
