An voice inside the Kitende sponsored club revealed the news on Wednesday.

“We shall be playing in Cecafa club championship in December and Caf confederation cup early next year so the need to bolster our ranks. The president (Mulindwa) and other stakeholders want trophies,” he added
Waswa signed a two year deal with Iraqi premier league side All Shorts Sports Club early in January turning up as a regular starter for the team that finished in seventh in the division.
He has previously played for local arch rivals SC Villa and KCCA FC as well as a host of regional teams including St. Georges FC from Ethiopia.
The transfer is however subject to the local primary transfer period which officially closes at midnight on Wednesday 21st September (tonight).
Vipers are currently fourth on the premier league table with two wins and three draws. They face Express FC on Friday in their next game.
