Goalkeeper Coach Sebaggala Joins Wakiso Giants Technical Bench

Wakiso Giants Football Club have continued to strengthen their technical team prior to the forthcoming 2020/2021 StarTimes Uganda Premier League season.

Experienced goalkeeper Coach Swaibu Sebaggala is the new addition to the team’s technical team, ChimpReports can reveal.

As a player, he started his journey at Kamwokya Football Academy before joining Proline Soccer Academy as a goalkeeper and was later promoted to the senior team, playing in both the FUFA Big league and Uganda Premier League.

In his early 20s, he retired from being an active player and went for a goalkeeping coaching course in 2017.

The youthful Coach has raised a number of goalkeepers as Eric Kibowa (former Uganda Cubs 17 and Vipers SC), Keni Saidi (SC.Villa), Ntege Collin (former Buddu Saza) Ashraf Lubega (Edgar’s Youth).

In the previous weeks, he has been training Uganda Cranes custodian Salim Jamal during the lock down before the goalkeeper returned to Sudan’s Al Hilal for club duty.

Sebaggala replaces Ali Kiggundu and will join the team in their camp at Villa Maria in Masaka this evening.
