Otafiire made the remarks on Saturday while speaking as the guest of honour at the Silver Jubilee celebrations and Fundraising of St. Josephs Mparo Secondary School Science Laboratory in Rwamucucu Sub County in Kabale district.

A South Sudan official has denied reports that Gen. Thomas Cirilo has gone missing.

The government also released pictures of the respected General meeting President Salva Kiir at his presidential palace in Juba.
