Parakeets Futsal Club are confident that they will snatch maximum points when they take on Bajim FC in the Futsal Super League.

The matches that will go underway at Futsal courts in Mengo, will be the first in the new year, 2019.

“We are just ready, unlike in the last game where we missed players who had gone in the village, but this time we are focussed,” noted Parakeets coach Sam Mulondo.

Despite missing some players, Parakeets managed to overcome Dream with a 2-1 victory – Onegi Borris and Arafat Ssentongo were on target.

Parekeets, fourth on the log, have claimed five wins, drawn once and lost as many games. The victory can elevated the side to top of the table if other results can go their way.

Bajim on the other hand, are seventh with three wins and two draws – 11 points from seven games.

In the other interesting tie of the day, Equator FC will lock horns with Yap Stars, to be played at 9:00 PM.

Equator Coach Abubaker Tabula confirmed via the club website that he will be making his long awaited playing debut.
