The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has been coming up with new ideas, strategies and initiatives in the recent past, the latest being the media course.
The seminar got underway on Wednesday morning at FUFA technical centre Njeru with over 30 sports journalists taking part.
The course commenced with FUFA President, Eng.Moses Magogo the journalists through FUFA as an institute and development programmes.
Magogo briefed the Assembly through the history of FUFA since inception in 1924.
He further lectured about the structure and composition of the Federation including the executive, General assembly and other stakeholders.
The Fufa Boss also hinted on the several developments and innovations that the federation has come up with including the latest the FUFA Drum a tournament that will see different regions of the country compete.
The course will go on for three days up to Friday with other areas of address including Finance, Marketing, communications, Fans engagement, Refereeing planning, events management among others.
Besides the lectures, the journalists will have the chance to engage in playing football.
