Patrick Ssenyonjo better known by his stage name Fresh Kid has finally left Uganda for his gig in Dubai.
The 7 -year old Kid rapper on Thursday 4, left for United Arab Emirates (UAE) in company of his manager Francis Kamoga.
Fresh Kid singer will be performing at a high level Cultural exchange event on Sunday 7 at Delmon Boutique Hotel Deira in Dubai and will later be performing in Abu Dhabi.
He will be performing with other acts Stainless and DJ Rham among others.
His gigs were recently hanging in balance with the Dubai deal almost failing as well as his anticipated collabo with South Africa’s youngest DJ Arch Jr, following a misunderstanding between his father Paul Mutabazi and Francis Kamoga his manager.
Mutabazi had proposed that his son would only leave the Country with him and not Kamoga alone, a thing which sparked off drama.
It is reported that both the organizers of the event and his fans in Dubai, rejected Mutabazi’s opinion and threatened to boycott the show if he insisted to move with the rapper.
Luckily enough, Mutabazi finally listened to the advice from the public of letting his child go; he later on gave up and allowed the son to move his Manager.
The other collabo with Arch still hangs in balance as the DJ’s manager says he is waiting for fresh kid’s dad to amicably settle things with Kamoga before they finally agree on the deal.
The deal is fresh Kid’s first international gig that he surely received with a lot of excitement. He is also set for July 20, where he will be headed for the Carolina Music Video Awards 2019 which will be happening at the NASCAR Hall of Fame High Octane Theatre in Charlotte, North Carolina.
