Fresh Diary, the official sponsors of the national Secondary School Games, has promised to sponsor three best performers from this year’s edition in their university careers.
“We have partnered with Strathmore University to offer a four-year degree course to three students who will perform well in this year’s games,” Vincent Omoth, the marketing manager of the Diary announced.
“Basketball will have two slots for a girl and a boy and one for a boy from rugby. The winners of the slots will have a chance to select a course of their choice and pursue,” he further explained.
This year’s finals will run for a week from 4th to 11th May at Mbale Senior Secondary School. The other games that will take place include; girls Football, Basketball for both boys and girls, badminton, hockey, Lawn tennis and table tennis.
