Miss Uganda 2011, Sylvia Wilson Namutebi Alibahi has been nominated to represent Uganda in the Mrs World competitions slated to take place next year.
The Mrs World pageant has been held since 1984 to recognize the married beauty queens. Over 80 countries have participated in the pageant and USA currently has the highest number of Mrs World winners.
Uganda has been represented in the pageant before by Crystal Newman in 2011 and Halima Namakula in 2009.
This is not the first time Sylvia is representing Uganda on the global scene; she represented Uganda at the Miss World pageant and the Miss Global International pageant in 2011 and 2013 respectively.
Sylvia Namutebi is married to CEO Talent Africa, Aly Alibahi.
