Newly-promoted Uganda premier League club Wakiso Giants has unveiled Kefa Kisala as head coach.
The coach, who parted ways with Express FC at the middle of the recently-concluded season, has agreed a two-year contract.
“We are delighted to announce Kefa Kisala as our New Head Coach,” the club announced on Saturday night.
Kisala will reunite on the technical bench with his former URA FC workmate James Odoch.
Odoch was club less after bitterly parting ways with relegated side, Nyamityobora FC.
Wakiso also announced that they will unveil a second assistant in due course as they maintained part of the staff that worked with Ibrahim Kirya.
“The club will announce a second assistant in the due course as preparations for life in the top division officially begins. Goalkeeping coach Ali Kiggundu as well as Team Manager Mathias Kisitu are retained as well,” their statement added.
Kisala has previously coached URA and BUL FC both in the topflight.
