FJL: Kirinya, JMC Pick Draws as Proline Locked Out Of Lugogo Stadium

JMC Hippos and Kirinya Jinja SS junior teams failed to maintain their winning touch on matchday three of the Fufa Junior League with both sides picking identical one all draws.

JMC Hippos was at home in Kakindu against Soana JT who were making their second consecutive journey to the lakeside town following a 3-1 mauling a week ago at Jinja SS.

Kirinya were away to The Saints FC.

Vipers JT overcame URA JT by 1-0 in one of the matches pushed forward from day one. SC Villa JT registered a magnificent 3-0 victory over derby rivals Express FC at Mengo SS.

Proline-BUL cancelled
The match between Proline and BUL junior teams failed to kick off after KCCA FC management denied the former to host their junior games at Lugogo stadium.

“We had (scheduled) five games however, sick the game of Proline SA vs BUL JT was not been played simply because KCCA denied the hosts the venue, information pills ” Fufa youth officer Mutyaba Bashir told ChimpSport.

However KCCA FC revealed that they had no agreement with Proline to host their junior games at the astro turf and that the venue had been hired by other clients.

“Proline’s arrangement with KCCA is with the senior team not the junior team, approved ” KCCA PRO Clive Kyazze said. “We used the KCCA ground last week despite the fact that Proline was the home team.Unfortunately they are yet to get a home ground for their U17 team and they couldn’t use the ground because it was engaged by clients who had paid to use it early in the week.”
