Following this week’s speculations linking Express Football Club captain and leftback-cum-winger Dissan Galiwango to KCCA FC, the highly sought after player has come out to put the rumors to bed.
Several reports indicated that the Red Eagles skipper had reached an agreement with the 13-time league Champions, before he took to social media.
“Success comes to those who are honest and confident in their endeavors. I’m to stay at Express Football Club. Thank You,” Galiwango noted.
It should be remembered that last year in November, Galiwango renewed his contract with the Wankulukuku side for two more years.
Retaining captain Galiwango is another big statement made by the Six-time Uganda Premier League winners in their pursuit to restore their lost Glory under coach Wasswa Bbosa.
In the past, four Express captains in Vincent Kayizzi, Ibrahim Sadam Juma, Mike Mutyaba and recently John Revita have crossed from Wankulukuku to join KCCA FC.
