Six-time Uganda Premier League winners Express Football Club is certainly leaving no stone unturned in the ongoing transfer window.
This is after Red Eagles announced their Seventh signing in youthful winger Baker Saka, coming in on a four year deal. The 19-year old winger joins Express FC from Zana High School and will stay at the club until 2024.
“Firstly, I would like to thank the club for giving me this opportunity. For me, it’s a dream come true and my biggest achievement in my career so far,” Sakah told the club website after putting ink to dotted lines.
He added, “I know what’s at stake and I can’t wait to get dirty, the fans should expect hard work and consistency.”
Sakah who plays on both flanks using either feet, is expected to add pace and skill to the club’s attacking force.
He becomes the club’s seventh new signing joining goalkeepers Cryspus Kusiima and Denis Otim, center back Richard Bbosa, creative midfield gem Abel Eturude and forward Mustafa Kiragga.
