The France-Uganda Friendship week was last Saturday brought to climax in style with extra-ordinary performances from singers Fik Fameica, Cindy, Beenie Gunter and King Saha among others at Kyadondo Rugby grounds.
Started 3 years back under H.E Stephanie Rivoal, the French ambassador to Uganda, The 7-day programme is organized fun-filled series of events which celebrates the longstanding friendship between France and Uganda, through music, dance, sports, cultural activities, tourism expos, food and fashion among others.
This year’s edition was quite different from the past editions, as it saw many improvements all over the entire week’s activities.
It was one of the kinds that marked the end of Ms. Rivoal’s tour of duty as the French Ambassador to Uganda, which she has served for the last 3 years.
H.E Rivoal couldn’t leave anything to chance as she was seen battling in dance with the ghetto kids, which she really did well, leaving the super excited revelers cheering at her, having pulled her best dance moves.
