For the second successive match day, reigning best African footballer based in Africa, Dennis Masinde Onyango has continued to prove his worth.
The shot-stopper has once again been named on the Total CAF Champions league best XI for match day 5 named on Monday.
After helping his club, Mamelodi Sundowns earn a vital point away against Esperance and keeping a cleansheet, Onyango was named on match day four best XI.
He continued with yet another fantastic display as the African reigning champions edged St.George 1-0 in Adis Ababa.
The gangly custodian denied St. George taking the lead at the stoke of halftime saving Salahdin Said’s penalty.
Onyango is joined by teammate Anthony Laffor who scored the all-important goal in the 86th minute to held Mamelodi Sundowns win against St. George.
The victory meant Masandawana qualified to the quarterfinal phase along with Esperance with a game to spare.
