A group of pensioners have dragged Ntungamo district to court after they were deleted from the payroll.
The pensioners led by Johnson Nkirirehi are accusing the office of the Chief Administrative Officer Ntungamo of deleting them from the pay roll for the last 10 months in addition to tossing them up and down whenever they contact him.

The High court this week summoned Ntungamo district local government in a letter dated 22/9/2016.
In the letter Ntungamo District was given 15 days with in which to file their defense.
Johnson Nkirirehi who is representing the pensioners in the suit told our reporter that the district has made them suffer having diligently served in the civil service.
