Defender Mujuzi Completes Kyetume Loan Move

Uganda Cranes hard tackling defender Mujuzi Mustafa has completed his loan move to Kyetume Football Club.

Mujuzi has signed a one-year contract with the Slaughters from Proline Football Club and will feature in the forthcoming 2020/2021 season.

Initially, UPL Champions Vipers Sports Club and Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club had expressed interest in the Proline captain but both failed to agree on a possible loan move.

At Kyetume, Mujuzi joins former Onduparaka duo of Ezra Bida and defender Rashid Muhammad, Steven Kabuye, alongside goalkeeper Derrick Emmanuel Were as other off-season signings.

The Slaughters are also said to have renewed contracts with center forward Tarzan Kambugu, Deo Isejja and Benon Tahomera.

Kyetume finished their debut season (2019/2020) with 30 points in the 11th position after 25 matches.
