Dangerman Meddy Matovu Agrees Terms With Buluuli

Noah Mugerwa’s Buluuli side has confirmed the addition of attacking midfielder Meddy Matovu to their Masaza cup provision squad.

Matovu joins the 2011 Cup winners after serving as Kooki captain for three years.

The Rushere Football Club hot cake also featured for Ssese Ssaza team in 2016 before his move to Kooki.

He joins Islamic University In Uganda captain Kaggwa Mubarak, Synergy FC midfielder Kimbugwe Sula and striker Henry Penza who plays for Kampala Regional League side De- School FC, at the Ssaza.

Meddy Matovu signs for Buluuli

Buluuli last won the Masaza Cup tournament in 2011 defeating Bulemeezi 1-0 in the finals held at Nakivubo War Memorial Stadium.

This year’s Championship was earmarked for mid- June but kick-off remains held up by the COVID-19 pandemic.
