Customers Commend NWSC’s Good Service

As curtains fell on the year 2018 early this week, a National Water and Sewereage Corporation (NWSC) Plumber caught the attention of many and became a social media darling for putting his work before merry making.

While many were busy with preparations to usher in the New Year on December 31st, the plumber who was only identified as Stephen was out fixing broken water lines Bwaise, in Kawempe Division.

The plumber, who was praised by many on social media, is one of NWSC workers that have dedicated their time and service to ensuring reliable flow of water to all connected areas in Uganda.

NWSC for the last few years has been commended for better service delivery; valuing the customer and responding to emergencies fast.

In 2018, under its harsh tag #WaterMan, NWSC was able to make quick response to customer complaints about water leakages, water shortages and any other problems.

According to the NWSC Executive Director, Silver Mugisha, the corporation is committed to continued better service delivery in 2019.

“At NWSC, we commit to continuous improvement and innovation to better service delivery in Uganda. We believe in safe clean water for all” he says.

Among the social media users that praised the corporation was one Taata Nate who rated NWSC as “the most legit company in Uganda.”

Nuwamanya Isaac thanked the water man for always being on the standby and wished for continued better services.
