The Ministry of Health has this Easter Monday discharged 3 more patients of COVID 19 from Entebbe Grade B hospital after total recovery.
According to the statement issued by the Health Ministry a few minutes ago, the 3 tested negative twice for COVID 19 after 14 days of treatment.
“There (3) patients have recovered from COVID 19 and tested negative twice for COVID 19 after 14 days of treatment. They have been discharged from Entebbe Grade B hospital today (Easter Monday,” said the Ministry of Health statement.
This brings the total number of recoveries in Uganda to 7.
The first patients to recover from COVID 19 were discharged from Entebbe Grade B hospital on Saturday 11st March 2020.
Uganda has so far registered 54 cases of Coronavirus with no deaths.
