Kampala high court judge Henrietta Wolayo is set to deliver her ruling in the case filed by Kampala Lord Mayor Elias Lukwago against the Kampala Minister Betty Kamya regarding power struggles at KCCA.
The trial judge gave the heads up in a communication to Lukwago’s lawyers and Betty Kamya’s lawyer McDusman Kabega as they appeared for hearing of this case that was filed early this year.
Justice Wolayo ordered the parties to file written submissions in court after which she will deliver her verdict.
Lukwago in the suit seeks answers on, where Kamya gets the mandate to convene meetings with urban councilors and mayors and why she subjects all the Lord Mayor’s overseas travels to a ministerial permit.
The mayor wants court to restrain Kamya from interfering with his mandate to serve as the duly elected Mayor Kampala
