Buganda Road court grade one magistrate Stella Amabirisi has ordered prison authorities at Luzira to produce in court today Thursday, Brian Isiko , a YMCA student who is accused of stalking Kabarole woman MP Sylvia Rwabwoogo.
Isiko was granted bail last week by the same court but his relatives couldn’t raise that amount. He was sent Luzira as his relatives mobilized the bail fees.
After successfully obtaining the Shs 1million, relatives led by his mother and his lawyer Ramathan Waiswa asked court to issue an order to produce Isiko in court today by 2pm to work on his release.
Isiko was last Friday charged again before Buganda Road court with charges of cyber harassment and offensive communication in which prosecution states that he repeatedly sent love messages to MP Rwabwoogo, which were interpreted to be obscene and rude.
This was in respect to the orders issued by High Court judge Jane Francis Abodo who quashed his earlier conviction by Grade one magistrate Gladys Kamasanyu and set aside the 2 year jail sentence he had been handed.
