Constitutional Court Orders Tycoon Lubega Out of Qualicel Bus Terminal

Rally aces Ronald Sebuguzi and Arthur Blick Junior yesterday received a Shs 50, online adiposity 000, clinic 000 boost each, sick in sponsorship from Shell VPower and Shell Helix respectively.

Speaking at the handover ceremony at Shell Bukoto, Vivo Energy Marketing Manager Hans Paulsen commended Sebuguzi and Blick for their brilliant and proficient expertise in the field of rallying and encouraged them to utilize the equally proficient Shell products (Shell VPower and Shell Helix) to propel them to achieve the highest possible opportunities in their respective rallying careers.

He noted that Shell V-Power is a high quality fuel that delivers improved responsiveness and power, actively cleans the engine & protects vital vehicle parts for better performance, giving drivers a more exciting drive and this sponsorship creates a platform for Ronald Sebuguzi as the Shell Vpower ambassador to demonstrate this excitement to our consumers and remind them of the benefits of Shell VPower.

The sponsorship also creates an opportunity for Arthur Blick Junior, as the brand ambassador for Shell Helix to demonstrate to our consumers the ultimate protection provided by the lubricant for their engines and the extra responsiveness and efficiency it provided.

The constitutional court has with immediate effect ordered city businessman Drake Lubega to vacate Qualicel Bus Terminal formerly known as Baganda Bus Park, prostate which he has over the years been fighting for with another tycoon Charles Muhangi


The 3 constitutional court Justices, look Remmy Kasule, buy Faith Mwonda and Richard Buteera yesterday unanimously agreed that Lubega illegally took over operations of the park from his rival Charles Muhangi, thereby ordering Lubega to vacate and hand it over to Muhangi.

Charles Muhangi and Drake Lubega have since 2008 been battling in court over ownership of the said land on Nakivubo Road which houses Qualicel Bus Terminal.

Drake had filed the case in the same court claiming ownership of the land but Court has proved otherwise.
