Uganda’s Juliet Chekwel finished outside the medal bracket in the Women’s 5000 metres at the ongoing Commonwealth Games.
Chekwel, a long distance runner, came fourth crossing the line in a time of 15:30.17.
The race was dominated by the Kenyans, scooping a 1-2 on the day.
World champion Hellen Obiri and Margaret Kipkemboi took gold and silver in that order.
Obiri clocked 15:13.1 as Kipkemboi closely followed in second in a time of 15:15.28.
Laura Weightman from England took bronze.
