Comic Patrick Indringi Salvador tied the knot with his long-time fiance Daphine Frankstock on Friday December 4 at Mbuya Church, Kampala.
The two have been in a relationship for over six years and together they have three children.
It should be noted that Daphine introduced ‘The Man from Ombokolo’ to her parents in 2019 at their home in Mityana district.
Following the Ministry of Health guidelines on Covid-19, the scientific event saw attendance from only the couple’s close friends including the groom’s fellow comic Hannington Bugingo, Tony Mutengu, Gareth Onyango, Emma Dragu, Michael Ouma and Andrew Kyamagero among others.
“Nothing is as beautiful as friends who become genuine family, I’m forever grateful – tomorrow is going to be a wonderful day,” Salvador posted on his Facebook page on Thursday ahead of their wedding on Friday.
He would later, on Friday afternoon post “I have married this woman, hoooh!”
Salvador, in one his Facebook videos, was overheard thanking his friends and family who helped him make the wedding happen.
“What a beautiful day! Big thanks to my friends and family who made this day successful. I am telling you in this world, invest in human capital, you will go far,” Salvador said.
From the looks of things, Salvador, Daphine, their family and friends will be having their reception today as he was heard saying, “it’s never that serious, a wedding is a day of celebration and never a life and death thing like some people portray it. Wed today, do the reception tomorrow, it’s that easy.”
