Coach Sam Timbe resigns at Police FC

Experienced Caf A license coach Sam Time has relinquished his position at Police FC due to a series of poor results in the Azam Uganda Premier League.

In his submission, look Timbe states that he discovered the players are not devoting to the team, find a reason he attaches to his recent renewed contract.

“I humbly and officially tender in my resignation as POLICE FC head coach,” Timbe noted in his resignation letter which ChimpSport accessed.

“I have discovered that the club players’ undeserving low morale which has led to continued poor results on the pitch is attached to my presence and particularly my recently renewed contract.”

Police FC have accumulated only seven points out of ten games played so far with a single win, four draws and four losses. The club sits second bottom in the log.

“It’s therefore, deserving that I pave way for a new face that can assist in uplifting the players’ morale and guide club out the danger of relegation to the lower division.”

Timbe won the Uganda premier league with the law enforcers in 2005 and a subsequent CECAFA club championship the same fete attained at local giants SC Villa.

He has also guided Tanzanian giants Yanga and Rwanda’s Atraco to a regional and league titles respectively.
