Definitely, Uganda Cranes part-time coach Abdallah Mubiru is not happy with his team after losing 1-0 to Kitara regional select team on Saturday afternoon.
Vincent Kisozi netted the all-important goal just two minutes to the break to leave the fans in Hoima in celebratory moods through the night.
On the other side, poked holes in Mubiru’s team that is preparing to face Somalia in a double-header of the 2020 Africa Nations Championships round one qualifier.
Mubiru scoffed his boys for being indecisive on numerous occasions during the match but promised to work on that in the three training sessions before they fly off.
“We learned a lot from the match,” Mubiru who is handling the team on temporary terms told the press after the loss.
“We committed some small mistakes which we really have to correct in our next training sessions. Our decision making was a bit wanting but that forms part of the lessons that we have picked,” he added.
“We head straight to camp on Monday with double sessions up to Tuesday before playing a practice match on Wednesday. I expect the KCCA FC players to join in Tuesday’s session before we assess their fitness levels in the friendly match.”
The team is expected to fly out on Thursday morning.
