Uganda Cranes have started the preparations for the forthcoming CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup with a single training session at the StarTimes Stadium Lugogo on Wednesday Morning.
Up to 18 players have turned up for the training that was conducted by head Coach Johnathan McKinstry along with his assistants Abdallah Mubiru and Livingstone Mbabazi.
KCCA FC and Proline FC players who still have league games were absent for the training session as the decision was taken by the coach to excuse them from the session.
Abdu Karim Watambala was also not part of the team that trained on Wednesday because he is finalizing with his examinations at St. Mary’s SS Kitende.
