The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Seven Ugandan officials for the different 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier games.
The appointed officials include four FIFA referees, one match commissioner, and two CAF Safety and Security Officers.
The CAF appointed referees include Ali Sabila Chelanget (center referee), Dick Okello (first assistant), Isa Masembe (second assistant) and William Oloya (fourth official).
They will be in charge of the Lesotho against Benin game at the Setsoto Stadium in Maseru city on 17th November 2020.
South Africa’s Gay Mokoena will be the match commissioner while Zimbabwe’s Felix Onias Tanagwarima will serve as the referees assessor.
Elsewhere, FIFA’s international stadium security and safety officer, Dixon “Bond” Adol Okello will handle the security details when Ethiopia plays host to Niger in the 2021 AFCON qualifier group K tie.
The match will take place on Tuesday, 17th November 2020 at Bahir Dar stadium in Bahir Dar city, Addis Ababa.
Former Uganda Cranes player, Mike Letti has been appointed as the match commissioner for Egypt’s home game against Togo in group G on the 14th of November 2020.
FUFA deputy CEO in charge of football, Humphrey Mandu will be the safety and security officer for the group C qualifier tie between Sudan and Ghana at the Al Hilal Stadium, Omdurman.
