Following his request over the weekend, detained Kyadondo East constituency Member of Parliament Hon. Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi is finally getting to see his children.
On Sunday 19th August 2018, Bobi Wine as he is popularly known asked fellow MPs that constitute the Parliamentary Commission who visited him at Makindye Military Barracks to allow his children to go see him.
These MPs were led by Usuk County legislator Peter Ogwang who confirmed that the ‘Kyarenga’ singer’s children will visit him today (Tuesday 21st August 2018) at his detention centre in Makindye.
The kids, Solomon Kampala Sekayi Nyanzi, Shadraq Shilling Mbogo Kyagulanyi, Shalom Namagembe Kyagulanyi and Suubi Shine Nakayi Kyagulanyi are expected to spend some time with their father today.
They will be in the company of their mother Barbie Kyagulanyi Itungo who visited Bobi Wine on Saturday.
Barbie earlier revealed that the kids were worried and angry asking her about their father and how he is.
Bobi Wine is currently held at Makindye Barracks on charges of illegal of fire arms and ammunition.
The singer turned politician was charged in military court last week, Friday 17th August 2018.
