Bobi Wine Saga: Hooded Militants Gun Down Boda Boda Rider

A resident of Murambo village, Bubare sub-county, Rubanda district, Byaruhanga was at round 10.30pm shot dead by men whom eyewitnesses said were covering their faces with hoods.

The incident occurred at Ihimbi cell, Rutooma ward, Northern Division, Kabale Municipality.

According to eye witnesses, the deceased had just entered a bar and heard someone chanting “Bobi Wine.”

A general inquiry file number SD 94/25/8/2018 has been opened at Kabale Central Police Station.

The shooting comes hardly two weeks after businessman Francis Baryarugamu and his wife Zamu Kenkozi were shot by unknown people in Kabale town.
