Bobi Wine Opens Up About Bebe Cool’s Bottle Attack at Cricket Oval

Singer and turned politician Bobi Wine real name Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi has opened up for the very first time about the chaos that broke out during the Swangz All-Star concert featuring jamaican star Tarrus Riley that saw fans pelt his rival Bebe Cool with bottles.

Fans, believed to be Bobi Wine’s, threw bottles of water and beer at Bebe Cool when he took to the stage to perform at the concert that took place on August 31, at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

Bobi Wine fans were mad at Bebe Cool because of his public support for President Museveni yet the former at the time was under military custody.

The next day, Bebe Cool announced that he had suspended public performances until further notice for his safety.

Bebe Cool was pelted with bottles the last time he performed. He was taken off stage by Police

Two months later, the Kyadondo East legislator has come out and addressed the incident.

Speaking in an interview with NBS TV on Thursday, Bobi Wine said he does not believe in violence and therefore condemns the actions of those who pelted Bebe Cool with bottles.

Bobi Wine is currently in preparation for his highly anticipated ‘Kyarenga’ concert that will go down on November 10, at his One Love Beach Busabala.

The singer says he decided to scrap off VIP slots at the concert because he wants everyone to feel like VIP.
