Shortly after swearing in as MP for Kyadondo East, Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine seems to be harboring bigger political intentions.
On Tuesday evening during his victory party in Kasangati, Bobi Wine hinted on presidency in the near future.
“If I wasn’t an honorable, I would have knelt down for you,” Bobi Wine said while addressing his wife Barbie Kaygulanyi.
“But I promise, before I die, you will become this country’s first lady,” he added. “I am standing on my word.”
The Kyadondo East MP also re-echoed his message to supporters that “We can take back our country.
“You have the power and authority, and you have witnessed your power. We are haven’t reached our goal as yet,” he added.
As a sign of unity, Bobi Wine also invited former contenders to the Kyadondo East MP seat including Muwada Nkunyingi, Sowedi Kayongo.
NRM’s Sitenda Sebalu and FDC’s Apollo Katinti didn’t show up.
Before politics, it shall be remembered that Bobi Wine always identified himself as a ghetto president, majorly for the voice he gave local people through music.
