Singer Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool seems to be going all out in helping Ugandans in different sectors to live a better fulfilling life.
Besides the numerous charity projects, Bebe Cool has also pledged to contribute more to the Music Industry by opening up an audio and video studio where young talented artists can record their songs free of charge.
“I have bought the systems for all Ugandans as long as you have talent. They are mainly to help us compete on the international level by producing classy work,” he explained.
Bebe Cool purchased the modern music and video equipment during his 3 months stay in the United States and he intends to fulfil his desire of setting up state of the art music studio that will be one of the best in promoting local talent in the East African Region.
“Those who will sign with the Gagamel studios will not need to pay any coin however those who will desire to stay independent are welcome but will pay a small fee,” Bebe Cool elaborated.
He added, “I want to make music that can be compared to only international levels. We already know Ugandan artists, the first and last ones so that can’t be the basis of my competition.”
Those who are interested in joining the Gagamel studio will be required to sing on their phones and send the voice notes through a Whatsapp group, which is to be provided in order to stand a chance.
One cannot doubt the quality of the equipments given the fact that the singer’s recently released song ‘Wasibukawa’ is a class above the ordinary.
The other evidence that Bebe Cool is one artist with epic taste when it comes to good music is the fact that he was voted AFRIMA AWARDS 2018 Best Male Artist East Africa.
