Awards Acts As Motivation To Players And Coaches – Mutebi

KCCA FC head coach Mike Mutebi has appreciated the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) for organizing the Airtel FUFA Awards during the launch of the fifth edition at Serena Hotel on Wednesday morning.

According to the former Uganda Cranes head coach, these awards acts as motivation to players and coaches as they make them work hard in order to win.

“Awards are motivational, like Messi, if you are best, you will win over and over, professionalism starts here, these players have been motivated by the awards and the coaches too,” Mutebi said.

“Thank Airtel Uganda for the development strategy; national team must be evolving to make it easy for the head coach of Uganda Cranes, Jonathan McKinstry.”
