AUPL: Vipers in Tricky Visit to BUL

Two struggling sides, store BUL FC and Vipers meet on Friday in Jinja in what is expected to be a tight end to end encounter, visit atleast going by the previous games between them.

Only three goals have been scored in the last four clashes between the two. The previous record is not far from their current forms. Vipers have only scored four goals in six encounters with the last four ending in stalemates.

BUL FC is stuck in the red zone with only sixteen points after eighteen games. On the other part of the table, lies Vipers in the fourth spot with 29 points, trailing nine behind the leaders KCCA FC.

With the title race at stake, head coach Richard Waswa has branded the game a ‘must-win’ for his boys.

“We are certainly not going to Jinja as a team expected to lose, for us we see the Bul match as an opportunity to recover over known form,” Wasswa told club media.

Man to watch.

Milton Kalisa swapped shirts at the beginning of the second round to the Kitende side. BUL FC has often fallen victim of their former strikers whenever they ‘re-unite’ right from Asiku, Okwil, Malingumu and others.
